During our complimentary consultation we tour your home and discuss the best course of action for your collection.

What is involved in the process?

• Cleaning and organization of the entire contents
• Staging of the home
• Researching relevant items (we have over twenty-five years of experience working in the world of antiques and vintage items, and can determine the best current fair market price for your items)
• Pricing of all items according to fair market value
• Arranging, cleaning & staging of items to stimulate buyers- we not only stage, but create a merchandised environment that inspires buyers to purchase
• Advertising on estate/liquidation sites, such as estate sales.net & estate sales.org; social media, regional advertising, extensive email contacts, and through our website
• Use of signs to navigate customers to the sale in a professional manner
• We provide an itemized statement and payout within five days after the end of sale
• For any items remaining, we work with companies regarding donations

How long does it take?

Much depends on the size of the property and amount of contents, but generally no more than a couple of weeks in total.

How much does it cost?

We charge a percentage of the total sales, based on current industry standards. All terms are clearly stated in our comprehensive and transparent contract.

What happens to items that do not sell?

We have a variety of options to clear out any remaining items.

Do you clean up afterwards?

We do not clean but can arrange that for you , if desired.
